Blend fresh melon into a refreshing lassi

A lassi is a refreshing, East Indian yogurt shake. Enjoy on its own at breakfast or as a cooling and delicious antidote to spicy dinner entrees. Any type of melon can be used.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (750 mL) plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsp. (45 mL) liquid honey
  • 11⁄2 cups (375 mL) melon chunks
  • 1⁄2 cup (125 mL) ice water
  • Fresh mint

Preparation
In a blender, combine all ingredients except mint, and process until mixture is frothy. Serve over ice; garnish with mint sprigs.
